1. The service

ReDress connects sellers of pre-loved dresses with buyers in Israel. Every listing is reviewed by our team before it appears in the shop. ReDress is the operator of the marketplace and processes payments on behalf of sellers.

2. Prices and currency

All prices are shown in Israeli Shekels (₪) and include VAT where applicable. The price shown on the product page is the price charged at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery inside Israel costs ₪70 and typically arrives within 3–7 business days. Local pickup can be arranged with the seller at no extra cost. We do not ship outside Israel.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider using credit card, Apple Pay or Bit. ReDress never stores full card details.

5. Commission

ReDress charges a 10% commission on each completed sale. The commission is deducted from the seller's payout — buyers never pay it. Seller Club members (₪79 per year) are exempt from the commission.

6. Seller obligations

• Describe the dress honestly, including size, colour, condition and any defect.
• Use real photos of the actual dress; do not use other people's images.
• Do not publish personal details of any other person in a listing.
• Ship or hand over the dress within 3 business days of a confirmed order.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled under our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Prohibited items

Counterfeit items, stolen goods, unhygienic garments and anything unlawful under Israeli law may not be listed. We remove such listings and may close the account.

9. Liability

ReDress reviews listings but is not the manufacturer of the items. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
